As part of Science this week, sixth class were looking at the pH scale. The class made their own indicator using red cabbage and tested acidic and basic substances. One food that they tested was the egg and sixth class observed the indicator turning green when added to the egg. Green, white and orange eggs just in time for St. Patrick’s Day!
